As our new Claims Manager, Tom serves as the quality control editor and supervisor of all field and home office staff. Tom also supervises our home office operations. Graduated from the International Bible Institute & Seminary with a bachelor’s degree. Over twenty four (24) years of claims experience investigating and handling claims in General Liability, Automobile Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Property and AOE/COE Investigations. Formerly Regional Claims Manager with Zurich / Universal Underwriters Group in Northern California and Nevada. AIC designation through Insurance Institute of America.
