We also provide technical audits, work flow analysis, and seminars on team building, customer relations, California Fair Claims Practice and technical claims handling. Although we are based in California, we also provide the same level of superior expertise and timeliness in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Oregon, and Washington.
CEO Profile
Tom Frye is a Certified Management Consultant. Before founding Frye Claims, he served as Claims and Division Manager for major U.S. Carriers as well as Regional Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor (OWCP) and Deputy Director of the Illinois Department of Labor. His claim administration experience exceeds forty three (43) years. Mr. Frye has authored The ABC’s of Management and authors “Manager’s Corner” each month for the California Workers Compensation Enquirer. Mr. Frye teaches advanced courses for the Insurance Education Association and has served as President of the Industrial Claims Association in San Francisco.
